Since anyone with a toolbox and a truck can call themselves a handyman, how do you know who’s any good without being an expert yourself? Good craftspeople should be trained on how to handle any potential hazardous materials and use proper techniques for any repair or remodeling jobs.
Because anyone can claim to do all of these things, unfortunately you may not find out until it’s too late. Check their complaint record with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). A handyman who performs shoddy work and does not return to address any complaints you may have will eventually end up on the BBB’s complaint list. This has not and will not happen when you hire M@W.
