For any projects other than small handyman repairs, M@W would prefer to see the job conditions and take measurements, etc. Simply contact me and i’ll arrange a suitable time for a visit. If for any reason you feel an onsite inspection is not necessary, i’ll do my best to build a price for you by phone.

A Word
about Materials
If you would like M@W to supply the necessary materials for your project, we’ll be more than happy to do so, but M@W will mark up (oh no!) that material for a profit margin. We know this may confuse some of our clients, but without a profit, we would not be able to exist. Now for the good part—if any material we supply is found to be defective, M@W will remove, replace and even reinstall those materials at no cost to you.
We do encourage you—our valued client—to find the best deals possible and supply the necessary materials for your project. Just give us a call when you’re ready…we’ll be there on time and ready to work!
* (defective client supplied materials will incur additional costs for travel and/or reinstallation.)

Our Pricing
M@W will always offer a firm flat rate quote for your specific project. No surprises or additional costs at the end of the job. Hourly rates are available, but will vary depending upon the skill level and time required for your particular project. Don’t be fooled by low hourly rates! If a low price is what you want in a handyman service company, then check your local neighborhood penny saver publication. If, however, you’re for looking for a professional handyman company that is licensed, insured, and provides exceptional value— look beyond the “going rate”. Whatever pricing method you choose, be assured of professional results each and every time. Let’s face it…you don’t always have the time, tools or patience to keep up with all of your maintenance needs. Call M@W—I’ll take care of those “little things” today.
Hourly Rates
FULL SERVICE HOURLY rates are quoted per handyman, per hour, for basic handyman work, which includes all the fasteners ,anchors ,glue, caulking, drill bits, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, and any consumables necessary to complete your project (plus your supplied job materials). Call 718-745-1399 for the current hourly rate !.
Half-day blocks of time (4-hour minimum) are guaranteed a 5% discount off of our full service hourly rate, plus the cost of your job materials. I will quote a flat rate for jobs that may take a few days to keep your costs down.
*M@W reserves the right to raise its hourly rates without prior written notice.
Hourly rates apply to handyman projects only.
Because of Insurance requirements and the technical skill required,
all plumbing work will be quoted guaranteed flat rate prices only.
