Have a tough plumbing repair or                       installation job? NO PROBLEM!

I’m proud to announce that in addition to handyman services. I now provide non-emergency service for all of your residential plumbing needs. Homeowner’s insurance policies normally include fire, flood, liability, etc. coverage, but they do not protect one of the most important systems in your home, your plumbing system! Ask yourself, “What would it be like not to be able to use the toilet, bathtub, sink, water heater, dishwasher or washing machine?” That’s why I’m offering the service and peace of mind of a licensed master plumber with more than 30 years experience in residential plumbing service, repair and replacement. Please take a look through the plumbing section of my website and see what I have to offer. Remember I’m only a phone call away!

Use a Licensed Plumber

Plumbers are required by law to be licensed by the New York City department of buildings. Anyone who performs plumbing work without a license is subject to civil penalties and/or prison. The next time you hire a plumber, please ask him or her these simple words, “are you licensed?” It’s your only recourse if things go wrong. Along with licensing requirements, anyone who performs plumbing work must carry mandatory liability insurance with minimum dollar limits. If you're not sure or skeptical about the person you’re hiring. You can verify a licensee through the building department’s business information system (BIS), which can be found at www.nyc.gov. Just choose the “Dept Of Buildings”, from the city agency drop down menu and look for the B.I.S. tab.
